Clasp your hands together like your clapping your hands, then circle them one way for ten, then the other.
2.Windmill
The windmill is very easy just make air circles in the air by going past your past your ears and going round. go forward for ten and then backwards for ten.
3. Reach for your toes
Reaching for your toes is very easy you just stand straight and without bending your legs you go down and reach for your toes. You can do this two ways, you can do it standing up or sitting down. If you cant reach your toes its fine you just hold as far as you can go!
4.The four points
This warm up is easy but hard, you stand in a v-shape with your knees straight and reach down as far as you can go then try to touch the floor, that is your first point. Your second point is reaching under your legs, your third point
is touching your left leg with both hands and then your right. Hold all four points for five seconds.
5. Pointy toes - naughty toes
This does sound really pathetic
but it is true if you point your toes your leg muscles will stretch and then when you stick your toes to the ceiling your letting your muscles relax again. So this method isn't as childish at all, infact it is very good for your muscles.
